The IFC Hajj Group will depart on Sun-Oct-30-2011 and return on Sun-Nov-20-2011.

For those who are interested in joining the IFC Hajj Group, kindly complete the Form and return it to the Islamic Forum of Canada.

Seats are limited, and will be awarded on a "first-come-first-serve" basis.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:

1. Valid passport for at least six months with three of four blank pages.

2. Six passport size photographs of each traveler (ladies in Hijab).

3. Non-Canadian citizens must submit Landing Certificate.

4. Vaccination Certificate against Meningitis ACYW 135.

5. Duly completed and signed Saudi Hajj Visa Application Form.

6. Pilgrims who have Non-Islamic names must provide a from an Islamic Centre.

7. Ladies and children need proper Proof of Relationship. (Marriage or Birth certificates, etc.)

8. All original documents must be accompanied with photocopies.

9. A Non-Refundable deposit of US$ 2,000.00 must be paid upon registration.
